commercial system designed for consistent production, efficient cleaning and simple operation.

Steam condenser added in 2025 (improved steam/fume management and ventilation)

Brewhouse configuration (3-vessel system)
Brewhouse consists of three main tanks connected by a dedicated hydraulic transfer system: 
* Mash / Kettle / Whirlpool Tun
Includes steam heating, internal agitator, top loading hatch and tangential whirlpool inlet for
effective trub separation.
* Lauter Tun
Designed for efficient wort separation with a rotating rake system, top access hatch and side
hatch for cleaning and spent grain discharge.
* Hot Water Tank (preparation + storage)
Positioned beneath the lauter tun to save space and recover hot water for the next brew and
cleaning cycles.
