RIEFILT Leachte Landfill RO-Container 200m³/day

Containerized, two-stage high-pressure reverse osmosis system for landfill leachate, liquid waste, and saline industrial wastewater. The system is designed for a conductivity of up to 35,000 µS/cm and a COD of up to 10,000 mg/l. It is overhauled and tested with brine solution at the factory before delivery. The FAT protocol is included in the scope of supply.

PERFORMANCE DATA (Design 35 mS/cm, 20 °C)
- Feed: max. 8.33 m³/h or 200 m³/day
- Permeate: 5.0 m³/h or 120 m³/day (60% recovery, higher with lower salt load)
- Concentrate: 3.33 m³/h or 80 m³/day
- Conversion to approx. 10 m³/h permeate possible (upon request)

STAGE 1 (WASTEWATER STAGE)
- 30 ST+-Spacer-Tube modules with open channel, fouling-tolerant
- 795 m² membrane area
- 2 frequency-controlled high-pressure pumps, operating pressure 60 to 70 bar, max. 75 bar

STAGE 2 (PERMEATE STAGE)
- 6 ST+-Modules, 159 m² membrane area
- 1 frequency-controlled high-pressure pump, max. 75 bar
- Concentrate is returned to stage 1

- Automatic double multi-layer filter with backwash
- Cartridge filter with differential pressure monitoring
- Acid dosing for pH adjustment, antiscalant dosing station 100 l
- Dosing stations for alkaline and acidic cleaner, 250 l each
- Integrated chemical cleaning (CIP)
- Degassing and blower station for the permeate, permeate tank for outdoor installation
- Pipelines: low-pressure PVC, high-pressure stainless steel 1.4571
- PLC with panel PC, data logging and remote access
- Insulated 40-ft container with separate, segregated switchgear room
- Module crane, heating, lighting, ventilation, emergency shower, hand washing basin

APPLICATIONS
Landfill leachate, liquid waste treatment, industrial wastewater with high salt and COD load, concentrate reduction before evaporators, rental and emergency applications.

OPTIONAL (not included in the scope of supply)
Transport, installation, commissioning, training, raw water tank and feed pump, ion exchanger or activated carbon for post-treatment.

CONDITIONS
Purchase or lease-purchase over up to 36 months. Warranty 6 months from commissioning on the overhauled components. Service support (remote monitoring, membrane management, spare parts) as a separate package. Binding statements on permeate quality after submission of your water analysis.
