BRANCH SHREDDER

CORMAK R1500

Petrol Wood Chipper R1500

The R1500 petrol wood chipper is a powerful and robust branch shredder designed for professional users involved in wood processing and disposal. Equipped with a reliable DUCAR engine with a displacement of 420 cm³ and a power output of 15 HP, it provides high efficiency and durability in both industrial and service applications. The machine allows fast processing of wood material into chips with a size of 20–40 mm, which can be used as fuel, compost material, or garden mulch.

Main advantages of the machine
High power and performance – the DUCAR OHV petrol engine ensures optimal operating parameters and long service life.
Durable construction – the use of a cast iron cylinder sleeve increases wear resistance and improves lubrication.
Advanced safety features – automatic ignition cut-off system and emergency safety switch located in the feed hopper.
Easy operation and transport – folding feed hopper and large 45 cm diameter wheels make handling and mobility easier.
Versatile applications – suitable for shredding both fresh and dry wood of various hardness levels.
Design and technology

The R1500 wood chipper is equipped with a belt drive system and centrifugal clutch, ensuring smooth and safe power transmission to the cutting drum. The knives are manufactured from Hardox 500 steel, which provides exceptional resistance to abrasion and significantly extends service life while reducing the need for frequent replacement of cutting components.

The feed hopper is positioned at an optimal angle to facilitate material loading, while the 360° rotating discharge chute allows precise direction of the chip stream. The self-feeding drum design improves efficiency and minimizes the need for manual material pushing.

Precision and working efficiency

The 15 HP engine, high drum speed of 2000 rpm, and two cutting knives ensure uniform and efficient branch processing. The chipper can handle:

fresh softwood up to 120 mm in diameter,
fresh hardwood up to 100 mm in diameter,
dry hardwood up to 80 mm in diameter.

This allows effective processing of various types of wood while maintaining high-quality chips.

Applications

The R1500 model is an ideal solution for companies involved in landscaping, agricultural farms, municipal services, and businesses processing wood waste. It is also suitable for sawmills and biomass production companies.

The produced wood chips can be used in heating systems, as compost material, or as garden mulch.
