Completely overhauled CM shotblasting installation.
Both mechanically and electrically fully overhauled and refurbished up to spec :
mechanical:
- Motors & drives completely disassembled and fitted with new bearings new seals.
- Cabin completely overhauled sheet metal and doors, cabin prepared for manganese steel armor
plates (hook-on irons provided) cabin supplied as standard with original rubber upholstery, at extra
cost with manganese steel armor.
- All augers replaced and equipped with HARDOX augers.
- Replace all auger bearings.
- Abrasive media elevator equipped with new elevator belt & return wheels + bearings.
- All chain drives & sprockets replaced.
- Hook feeding system into machine modernized.
- Hook drive system completely overhauled.

- Compressed air cylinders & valves renewed / overhauled
- 3x turbine fitted with new wearing parts and new turbine wheels Ø330 mm
Electrically:
Machine equipped with 3x Turbine diameter 330 with 2 speed control. (2 speed engines)
- Electric motors Siemens preventively re-wound & tested and fitted with new bearings.
- Electrical control completely replaced by SIEMENS S7-1200 Control & control panel.
- Electric control panel completely replaced by means of renewed relays fully compliant with 2023
standard.
- Equipped with 3x SKF Servo-controlled abrasive supply system. The abrasive supply can be
regulated steplessly via the control panel, for effortless changeover within the 2-speed blasting
operation.
- Equipped with Pilz Safety equipment for turbines and moving parts as well as emergency stop
cirquits.
The machine is fully operational and can be sold immediately.
Machine can be fully tested at our location in Soerendonk (empty without abrasive)
1 year warranty on machine (excluding wearing parts) when sold within the Netherlands
