After the service the system had only worked for extra 603 hours because invested into brand new production line. The machine has worked for total 12635 hours (12032 h last service + extra 603 h).

ASCO’s automatic Dry Ice Machine produces slices in different thicknesses and 2 different types of pellets (3mm and 16mm) at the push of a button. The dies for the production of different sizes do not have to be changed manually as they are already built in and can be controlled at the touch screen panel


The machine in theoretically produces up to 400kg/h depending on the product you produce (what
thickness blocks, or pellets). Customer told in practice 250-300 kg/h at least
